Jordan was given tickets to the car races a couple of weeks ago, so we took the fam to Detroit's Belle Isle to check it out.
The one thing we didn't think about was how LOUD it would be. We sat there watching, and covering our ears and luckily some veteran fans saw us and gave us all ear plugs to help drown out the noise.
There were tons of thing to do for the kids. Here is Thaisy getting a butterfly.

I am the happiest when we have days like this where I get undivided time with my little family.We have been having so much fun here in Michigan. There is so much to see and do and best of all Jordan is done for the day by 5pm but the difference out here is he is REALLY done. No study groups, no homework, no meetings; we get to have him for the whole night! Of course, with the NBA finals going on LeBron is getting a little bit of his time too :) Hooray for summer!
